We are passionate about making a difference to how energy is consumed in the built environment and were founded with a mission to apply more intelligent tech to solve the problem of energy waste.
Since starting in 2018 we’ve developed and tested a solution that reduces heating emissions and costs in commercial buildings by heating rooms only according to need and occupancy.
Over the past year we’ve commercially proven that it can deliver a whopping saving of 30-50% in heating energy. We now have 11 prestigious customers, many of whom are already rolling our solution out across their property portfolios.

Why are we crowdfunding?
With such great results and such urgency to reduce carbon emissions and mitigate ever rising energy costs, we want to go big.
The timing is right because legislation requires buildings to significantly reduce carbon emissions, increases in hybrid working mean more energy is wasted heating unused spaces, and energy cost increases are hitting organisations hard (imagine the social impact of having to reduce teachers to pay higher gas bills!)
So it’s time to scale up and make this opportunity available to as many commercial property owners and tenants as possible across education, offices, hotels and healthcare.
To do that we need to invest in our sales, marketing and customer success teams as well as continue to make our solution smarter and more effective.
