Prices exclude VAT, gateways, adapters, freight, unusual installation requirements, additional training and site visits. Base prices: valve £110, installation and commissioning £15, Control £20 per radiator. One initial training session (£500) is included in the estimate for purchases below 500 radiators and complimentary for purchases of 500 or more. Optional PLASM prices: up to 100 radiators £750/year; 101–250 £1,000/year; 251–500 £1,500/year; 501–1,000 £2,500/year. Volume and bundle offers are proposed and subject to commercial approval. Permanent core Control access without recurring charges is subject to technical, cloud service and contractual confirmation. The energy estimate uses assumed annual kWh per radiator, with a proportional allocation for mixed estates, not measured site consumption. Savings are illustrative, not guaranteed; payback assumes constant tariffs and savings, excludes financing, maintenance and ongoing costs, and is not a site-specific assessment.
